Silverskin

We are a modern/ alternative rock band heralding from the Montana college town, Bozeman.  The three of us – James Leon on vocals and guitar, Dagir Henricksen on drums, and Jesse Stolba on bass – formed Silverskin in the summer of 2009.  While each of us have our own musical influences, as a group, we have shared favorites in popular music.  These influences shine through in some aspects of the music, but we are more proud of what makes us….well, us.  Raw vocals, power chords, “down-to-business” drums, and fluid-moving bass makes up our sound. Our live performances have been described as “very powerful for a three piece”, and we have been known to appeal to both men and women alike. When all is said and done:  We sound like reality…the fun-times and the fights; the victories and the plights.
