Dan has a musical style unlike anything you’ve come across. His music grabs you quickly and doesn’t let go… folkish, melody driven, clever, original tunes…. and plenty of old country and rock tunes. Enter Bruce Springsteen, John Mellencamp, Johnny Cash, and Tom Petty. There’s no denying his talent when he belts out his raw Americana. He’s an artist in every sense of the word.

Dan was born and raised in the foothills of the Elkhorn Mountains under the shadows of East Helena’s smelter smokestacks.  He’s performed at venues from LA to Boise to just about everywhere in Montana.   In 2007, one of Dan’s performances earned him the honor of Colgate Country Showdown finalist.

In August 2009, Dan released his solo cd “Travelin’ Dog”.

The Vintage Band is a group of five musicians banded together for a common cause; to pay tribute to the classic rock of the 60’s and 70’s and to do it with compassion and honor! The Vintage players hail from all over the US and Canada and have a combined musical experience of nearly 100 years. Their paths have crossed with some of the greats of classic rock, including gigs with Kansas, Three Dog Night, Molly Hatchet, Joe Ely, Pure Prairie League, The Outlaws, and Santana.

Started in 1988 in Helena, Montana, Vintage has played all over and are still crankin’ out the classics for festivals, parties, and clubs. From the Allman Brothers and the Beatles, to Steely Dan and Santana, Vintage rocks with incredible musicianship and vocal artistry.
